SWT10-8.0 Pitch wind turbine is one of the down-wind centrifugal force controlled passive variable pitch wind turbine series (2kW/5kW/10kW/20kW/30kW) designed and manufactured by Senwei Energy company that follows BWEA standard. Product quality has been well controlled by following ISO9001 standard. Ever since accessed to the international market in 2010, it has performed excellently with good power generating, durability, safety, quick installation, easy maintenance, compact structure and streamline appearance.
Product Characteristics
Ø Rotation speed controlled by centrifugal force with passive variable pitch mechanism.
Ø Power curve optimized by two-stage springs to balance pitch driving force.
Ø No tailvane, down-wind design with electricity transmitted by cellecting ring.
Ø 3-phase direct drive permanent magnet generator with maintenance free.
Ø All surfaces sealed with turbine outer parts pot galvanized,antirust.
Ø Quick installation and easy opearating.
Ø Compact structure with streamline and nice appearance.
Ø Running stability and safety with 15 years lifetime,easy maintenance.
l Structure Dimensions
l Variable Pitch Mechanism: Blade angle is positive 15 degree as factory setting at which the turbine is easy to start spinning. After the turbine getting running ,the angle of blades turns to 0 degree quickly, and the blade acts at its most efficient point (one spring acts). It outputs 10kW electrical power at 11m/s wind speed with 200 rpm rotor rotation speed. If the wind speed increases,the blade is forced to turn towards negative angle by centrifugal hammers to limit rotation speed (two springs act). The springs balance the blades angle and rotation speed while regulating power generating.
