 l Variable Pitch Mechanism: Blade angle is positive 15 degree as factory setting at which the turbine is easy to start spinning. After the turbine getting running ,the angle of blades turns to 0 degree quickly, and the blade acts at its most efficient point (one spring acts). It outputs 20kW electrical power at 10m/s wind speed with 120 rpm rotor rotation speed. If the wind speed increases,the blade is forced to turn towards negative angle by centrifugal hammers to limit rotation speed (two springs act). The springs balance the blades angle and rotation speed while regulating power generating.
